Every product sold by Moises Books is digital. No physical package is mailed, and no shipping fee is charged.
Delivery timing
After PayPal confirms payment, the website displays a protected page containing your download links. When server email delivery is available, a receipt with the same links is sent to the email associated with the payment.
Access period
Unless a product page says otherwise, download links remain active for 7 days and each purchased file may be downloaded up to 5 times. Save a backup of your file after downloading it.
If a download fails
Check your browser’s Downloads folder and make sure your connection has enough time to complete the ZIP download. If the link is missing, expired unexpectedly, or returns an error, contact support@gopalisantusi.com with your order number.
