What am I purchasing?
Each listing is a digital product delivered as a ZIP file. Nothing will be shipped to your address.
When will I receive my files?
Your protected download page appears immediately after PayPal confirms payment. When server email is available, the same links are also sent to the email associated with your payment.
How long do download links work?
Links are available for 7 days and each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If a technical issue prevents access, contact support with your order number.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Available options are determined by PayPal and may vary by country, device, and transaction. In eligible locations, PayPal may offer card payment without requiring a PayPal account.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are made available immediately, completed digital orders are generally final. We will help if the file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its listing. Review our Refund Policy for details.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Most Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices can open ZIP archives directly. Save the file, choose Extract or Uncompress, then open the included materials.
